Ken Neeld, President & Chief Executive Officer

Ken Neeld brings more than 20 years of engineering and management experience to the company. He began his career in engineering at Hughes and Raytheon where he designed embedded software and hardware products for advanced ground-based radar and display systems.

After a successful 12-year career in aerospace electronics engineering and management, Neeld founded Delphi Display Systems where he applied his broad range of experience as a seasoned engineer and manager to build the company into the leading manufacturer of ruggedized outdoor display systems. Neeld has hands-on experience with all aspects of product development including system design, hardware, and software development and holds multiple U.S. Patents in the areas of high-performance parallel computing and signal processing. He earned Bachelor and Master's degrees in electrical engineering from California State University and his MBA from the University of California, Irvine Paul Merage School of Business, Summa Cum Laude.


Mike DeSon, Senior Vice President, Operations

Mike DeSon is vice president of operations where he is responsible for manufacturing, technical support, and installation services. Mike has more than 20 years of experience in semiconductor and high-tech manufacturing with a proven track record in building effective manufacturing and customer service teams. Most recently, he served as the senior project manager for Applied Materials' Fab300 ERP implementation in the Advanced Module Development facility.

Previously, Mike worked at Conexant as director of operations and was responsible for domestic manufacturing of advanced digital CMOS and RF devices used in numerous OEM systems. During his tenure, he served as Conexant's representative on the Manufacturing Methods Council for International Sematech, a global consortium of the world's leading semiconductor manufacturers. Mike also spent 14 years with Rockwell where he held various management positions. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of California, Irvine and a MBA from National University.

David Skinner, Vice President of Sales

David Skinner is vice president of sales and is responsible for the company's sales top line growth initiatives. Mr. Skinner's diverse technical sales experience and proven track record give him strong credentials to build corporate relationships, lead the company's sales team and manage its distribution channel development strategy.

David has over 25 years of international experience dealing in silicon wafer, LCD, and Recording Media manufacturing with both public and private companies. His experience extends across capital equipment, component products, and services. Since 2006 Mr. Skinner has utilized his expertise consulting for global companies as well as entrepreneurial enterprises. Developing and implementing sales and logistics strategies while assisting with their management and growth strategies. Mr. Skinner was educated in Business and Logistics at UCLA and completed the Stanford University Graduate School of Business Executive Program. He serves in various capacities with several universities and enjoys mentoring executive MBA students.


Joseph Wojcik, Vice President, International Sales

Joseph Wojcik joins Delphi with 20 years of experience in the international business arena. Most recently, Mr. Wojcik lived in Asia for six years in Hong Kong and Tokyo, serving in a variety of executive management positions for Herbalife International (NYSE:HLF). He served as head of Herbalife Japan and was later in charge of six markets in South East Asia. Prior to the Asia assignment, he was responsible for launching 26 new markets; predominantly in Europe, Africa and the Middle East, establishing sales and operating structures for the company in these regions.

Prior to joining Herbalife, Mr. Wojcik was a sales and marketing executive for a privately held manufacturing company specializing in commercial and military aircraft fuel systems with a customer base including Boeing, Northrop Grumman, Gulfstream and the US Air Force.

Mr. Wojcik is an advisor to Greenhouse Capital Partners, a San Francisco based seed stage venture fund dedicated to early stages of clean technology investing and company formation. Mr. Wojcik is also a principal of Endurance Business Solutions, a professional consulting firm specializing in advising companies on strategic entry into international markets. He received an undergraduate BS degree in Engineering from Rutgers University and an MBA from California State University.


Mark Reynolds, Vice President, Digital Signage

Mark Reynolds is a 15 year veteran of the Advertising Technology industry. Mark spent eight years with in-store advertising pioneer Catalina Marketing Corporation, holding various senior level sales and marketing positions. During his tenure at Catalina, Mark functioned as Executive Director of International Sales and Marketing and was responsible for expanding Catalina's "Checkout Coupon" brand to Europe and the Pacific Rim. Additionally, Mark has held senior level sales positions at in-store marketing groups at Valassis and Coinstar.

Just prior to joining Delphi Display Systems as Vice President Digital Signage, Mark spent three years with Digital Signage systems integrator Convergent, a business unit of Technicolor. In his role as Vice President and Managing Director of Convergent, Mark was responsible for retail sales and partnership development and worked with many top retailers including McDonald's, Kroger, Albertsons, Circle K and Home Depot. A graduate of the University of Florida, Mark resides in Atlanta with his wife Sherry, a practicing Veterinarian, and their four children.


Doug Gordon, Controller

Doug Gordon is responsible for overseeing the company's financial planning and analysis, accounting, internal controls and financial systems. He has over 25 years experience with manufacturing, transportation, engineering and financial services companies.

Prior to joining Delphi Display Systems, Doug held controller positions with privately held companies Wespac Energy Group, Pacific Asset Funding and SCFuels.

Doug is a CPA and earned his undergraduate in Accounting from California Lutheran College and his MBA from Pepperdine University.
