DELPHI HIRES SENIOR-LEVEL EXECUTIVE TO BOLSTER GROWING INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS

Costa Mesa, CA - April 2, 2007 - Delphi Display announced today the hiring of Joseph Wojcik as a consultant to the Company as it continues efforts to meet demand for it's products in a growing number of international markets. Mr. Wojcik comes to Delphi after 12 years of senior-level international business management with Herbalife, a leading distributor of weight management products, nutritional supplements and personal care products (NYSE: HLF), managing all aspects of that company's international business development and on-going management in Asia.

In addition, and during his tenure with Argo-Tech (formerly J.C. Carter Company), an international supplier and manufacturing company specializing in commercial and military aircraft fuel systems and refueling apparatus, Mr. Wojcik spear-headed business development and management efforts in several European and North African countries. He will work closely with Glenn Kassel, VP of World-wide Sales and Steve Hein, Manager, World-wide Store Implementation, and report to Peter Barbaresi, the Company's Chief Operating Officer.
