Request RMA

A Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number is required for all products requiring repair. You will be notifed via email once your RMA request has been processed. Please make sure your contact information is accurate as we may need to contact you for further information.

Please Note: Before Submitting: Effective October 1, 2011, Delphi’s warranty coverage for non-warranty repairs on discontinued products will be 90 days. Non-warranty repairs on current-generation products will continue to be warranted for 12 months after repair. Non-warranty repairs made prior to October 1st will be grandfathered under the old repair warranty and will remain covered for 12 months.

Non-warranted units that are sent to Delphi for repair but repair is declined are subject to a $150 Product Inspection and Assessment fee plus return freight. Units returned in warranty that are determined to be “No Fault Found” are subject to a $150 Product Inspection and Assessment fee plus return freight. Submittal of this form constitutes agreement with this provision.

ATTENTION: Delphi is not responsible for customer-owned hardware (displays, modems, etc.) sent in for repair and left unapproved for more than 45 days from the initial date of the repair quotation. Equipment left for more than 45 days may be discarded. Non-warranted units that are sent to Delphi for repair but repair is declined are subject to a $150 Product Inspection and Assessment fee plus return freight.
