Windows Internet Explorer Instructions
 Download Remote Support Client
1. In the File Download dialog box, click Run.
2.) In the Internet Explorer - Security Warning dialog box, click Run.
3. Enter the ID Code provided by the Delphi Help Desk Technician and press Ok.
Mozilla Firefox Instructions

1. In the Save File dialog box, click Save File.
2.) In the Firefox - Security Warning dialog box, click Run.
3. Enter the ID Code provided by the Delphi Help Desk Technician and press Ok.
