Delphi has a team of technicians dedicated to the repair and reconditioning of Delphi display products. Simply said, when a display is sent back (via return merchandise authorization or RMA) they provide quick diagnosis of whatever issue is detected and then contact you with the associated cost (if no longer covered under warranty). We are in the business of keeping your store’s drive-thru up and running, so we understand the need to provide quick turnaround when your display is in need of repair.
