Ken Neeld, President & CEO
Ken Neeld brings more than 20 years of engineering and management experience to the company. He began his career in engineering at Hughes and Raytheon where he designed embedded software and hardware products for advanced ground-based radar and display systems.
After a successful 12-year career in aerospace electronics engineering and management, Neeld founded Delphi Display Systems where he applied his broad range of experience as a seasoned engineer and manager to build the company into the leading manufacturer of ruggedized outdoor display systems. Neeld has hands-on experience with all aspects of product development including system design, hardware, and software development and holds multiple U.S. Patents in the areas of high-performance parallel computing and signal processing. He earned Bachelor and Master's degrees in electrical engineering from California State University, and an MBA from University of California - Irvine.
Joseph Schuchert, Director
Joe Schuchert is a principal in the managing general partner of Eaglestone Investment Partners I, L.P. ("Eaglestone"), a Long Beach, California, based private equity investment firm, in which he is actively involved in the oversight of portfolio company investments. Previously, he was a partner in the law firm of Keesal, Young & Logan, where he specialized in securities litigation and the representation of national investment firms. Mr. Schuchert currently sits on the Boards of Directors of Toolz and Expresiv Technologies.
Dave Snope, Director
Dave Snope has been an active board member of Delphi Display Systems since it was spun-out of Delphi Engineering Group, Inc. He also serves on the Boards of Delphi Engineering Group and Critical I/O. Dave is currently President & CEO of Delphi Engineering Group where he oversees all operations and is focused on rebuilding and focusing the company business model. Prior to that, Dave served as Vice President of Engineering of Delphi Engineering Group, where he was responsible for building the engineering team through a period of rapid growth, and managed the Engineering Services business. Dave has over 20 years of experience managing and designing sophisticated electronics systems for the aerospace and defense industries. Dave has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland.
Michael Ker, Director
Michael Ker is Managing Partner of WAVE Capital Partners, an organization of seasoned CEOs who source, acquire, then help guide and build small, privately-held businesses.
Michael has more than 20 years of enterprise technology leadership, sales and marketing experience. Most recently, Michael served as CEO of Informance International, which delivered solutions for manufacturing data collection and analysis technologies that increase the effectiveness of continuous improvement methods.
Michael was also President and CEO of Escalate, Inc., a provider of e-commerce, order management and order fulfillment systems for the retail industry, which was acquired by GERS Retail Systems in September 2004. Earlier, for nine years, he was President and CEO of Webplan, a supply chain management provider. Before Webplan, Michael held sales and marketing management positions for a number of software companies, including Pansophic, Lawson and MAI Basic Four.
Michael earned his BS degree in Business Administration from USC, has served on numerous outside boards, and has won many business awards, including "Business Person of the Year" and Deloitte & Touche's "50 Best Managed Companies."
