Delphi Display Systems, Inc.
Privacy Policy
Costa Mesa, California, USA

Your Right to Privacy
Delphi Display Systems, Inc. ("Delphi") has developed this Privacy Policy to demonstrate its commitment to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy is intended to describe for you, as an individual who is customer of Delphi or a user of www.Delphidisplay.com ("Site"), the information we collect, how that information may be used, with whom it may be shared, and your choices about such uses and disclosures.

We encourage you to read this Privacy Policy carefully when using our Sitee or services or transacting business with us. By using our Site, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you have any questions about our privacy practices, please refer to the end of this Privacy Policy for information on how to contact us.

Changes in Privacy Policy
All "personal information" ("personal information" is defined as any information that identifies or can be used to identify, contact, or locate the person to whom such information pertains) that we collect and maintain will be subject to the version of the Privacy Policy in effect at the time of such collection. Delphi reserves the right to change the Privacy Policy from time to time at its sole discretion. You will be deemed to have been made aware of, and will be subject to, any changes to the Privacy Policy by your continued use of the Site.

Entities collecting personal information
The Site contains links to other sites at which personal information may be collected. In such instances, unless expressly provided to the contrary, the collection and use of your personal information will be governed by the privacy policy applicable to that site. That privacy policy should identify the entity that is collecting your personal information.

Information we collect about you
We may at times request the following types of personally identifiable information: name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, fax number, credit card information, and information about your interests in and use of various products and services. Whenever we request the identity of a visitor, we will clearly indicate the purpose of the inquiry before the information is requested.

We distribute e-mail only to persons or organizations who have explicitly requested it, or with which we have a pre-existing personal or business relationship that can be verified. We consider customer purchases and requests for information as valid connections for e-mail correspondence.

Use of cookies
When you visit our Site, you can browse the Site and access important information without revealing your identity. In order to improve our Site, we may use "cookies" to track your visit. A cookie is a small amount of data that is transferred to your browser by a Web server and can only be read by the server that gave it to you. It functions as your identification card, and enables Delphi Display Systems to record certain information such as (but not limited to) your passwords, purchases, and preferences. It cannot be executed as code or deliver viruses. Most browsers are initially set to accept cookies. You can set your browser to notify you when you receive a cookie, giving you the chance to decide whether to accept it. (For some Web pages that require an authorization, cookies are not optional. Users choosing not to accept cookies will probably not be able to access those pages.) While Delphi uses cookies to track your visit to our Site, and our Web servers automatically log the IP/Internet address of your computer, Delphi does not generally use this information to identify you personally. However, if you expressly provide consent for Delphi to "remember" the unique identifier that you select when you register for various activities on the site, that unique identifier will be stored on a cookie on your computer, linked to your registration information, and your navigation path around the site will be tracked. We associate this data to understand how our site and services are being used so we can understand our customers and offer appropriate products and services.

We may also collect non-personally identifiable information such as the type of browser and computer operating system you use, and the domain name of your Internet service provider (ISP). We collect and use this non-personally identifiable information to learn more about our Site's visitors in general, and how to supply more appropriate information to them.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. Should we ever do so, we will comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act.

We maintain a strict "No-Spam" policy. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise give your e-mail address to any third party organization. Language Line Services complies with the CAN-SPAM Federal Law - effective Jan 1, 2004.

If you purchase products or services online from Delphi, we and our third party E-commerce provider will request your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. This information may also be used by us to notify you of related products and services. Credit card and e-mail information will never be shared or sold to third parties.

As added insurance of your privacy, we have a relationship with an independent, third party company that sends e-mail announcements on our behalf to individuals who request them. When you subscribe to our e-mail newsletter your personally identifiable information will never be used by Delphi for any purposes other than to deliver e-mail to you. You may stop the arrival of e-mail at any time by completing the request form on our Site or by following the instructions on the e-mails you receive.
