Ken Neeld brings more than 30 years of engineering and management experience to the company. He began his career in engineering at Hughes and Raytheon where he designed embedded software and hardware products for advanced ground-based radar and display systems. After a successful 12-year career in aerospace electronics engineering, Ken founded Delphi Display Systems where he applied his broad range of experience as a seasoned engineer and manager to build the company into the leading manufacturer of ruggedized outdoor display systems.
Neeld has hands-on experience with all aspects of product development including system design, hardware, and software development and holds multiple U.S. Patents in the areas of high-performance parallel computing and signal processing. He earned Bachelor and Master’s degrees in electrical engineering from California State University and his MBA from the University of California, Irvine Paul Merage School of Business, Summa Cum Laude.
Ben is responsible for product management and engineering, ensuring that Delphi Display Systems develops the right products and services at the right time to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations. Benjamin and his team understand Delphi Displays customers’ needs, identify solutions, and manage the life-cycle of products and services to ensure that high quality, high value solutions are delivered economically.
Benjamin’s product management organization acts within Delphi as the voice of the customer, ensuring that our offerings provide unparalleled value for our customers. Also responsible for the rapid design and development of all of Delphi Display Systems’ products and services, Benjamin’s engineering team designs robust, reliable and scalable solutions for our customers.
Benjamin has over 20 years of design and production experience in rugged digital display systems, embedded systems and integrated system solutions. His diverse history includes leading product development teams for in-flight systems, including flight deck critical display systems, satellite and ground-based broadband data, multimedia distribution and presentation. He has also been instrumental in the development of complex, networked VR simulator systems, precision cooling systems, and broadband telco data solutions. Mr. Medvitz holds a patent for a distributed in-flight power, data and media distribution system. He has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering, cum laude, and an Executive MBA from UC Irvine Paul Merage School of Business.
David is senior vice president of global business development and is responsible for company’s international business growth initiatives. Mr. Skinner’s business development experience coupled with his deep knowledge of international markets, give him strong credentials to expand the company’s global footprint through the development of existing and new strategic partnerships.
David has over 25 years of international experience dealing in silicon wafer, LCD, and Recording Media manufacturing with both public and private companies. His experience extends across capital equipment, component products, and services. Since 2006 Mr. Skinner has utilized his expertise, consulting for global companies as well as entrepreneurial enterprises. Developing and implementing sales and logistics strategies while assisting with their management and growth strategies. Mr. Skinner was educated in Business and Logistics at UCLA and completed the Stanford University Graduate School of Business Executive Program. He serves in various capacities with several universities and enjoys mentoring executive MBA students.
Tim is the vice president of sales and is responsible for growing the company’s sales in the North American and LATIN markets. He is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in sales, business development and marketing, driving growth and valuation for high technology companies — from start-up to Fortune 1000. He has extensive experience in global sales leadership and was the head of Americas’ Sales at Honeywell Scanning & Mobility, where he more than doubled revenue and profit over a 5-year period culminating in a sale to Honeywell.
More recently, he was the SVP of Global Sales & Marketing for Par Technology where his leadership drove material increases in new business development and international revenue growth and profitability. Primary vertical focus at Honeywell and Par Technology was the retail and restaurant industries. Prior to these positions, Tim also held sales leadership positions at Iomega & Apple Computer. Tim received his B.S. in Business with a minor in Marketing from Missouri State University. Tim and his wife, Mary Jo, live in Southlake Texas (DFW) and have 4 children.
Doug Gordon is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial planning and analysis, accounting, internal controls and financial systems. He has over 25 years of experience with manufacturing, transportation, engineering and financial services companies.
Prior to joining Delphi, Doug held controller positions with Wespac Energy Group, Pacific Asset Funding and SCFuels. Doug is a CPA and earned his undergraduate in Accounting from California Lutheran College and his MBA from Pepperdine University.
