What do I do if my Drive Thru Information Systems display is blank?
Please make sure that the monitor is powered on and it set to the correct input.
 

What do I do if the DTIS is not showing on the correct monitor?
Right click on the Drive Thru Information System Icon in your system tray of Windows. Then go to Display Devices and select the appropriate monitor.

What do I do if my DTIS is only showing one monitor under display devices?
Make sure that your USB-VGA adapter is securely seated. If it is, go ahead and reboot your PC.

How do I update the graphics for the 9310 (Generation 2)?
The same steps as the Endura 15E generation 1 but you need to also "Disable all OCS ID verification" This can be found under "Advance" => OCS display ID settings and check the box that says Disable all OCS ID verification.
 

What do I do when I attempt to update my OCS, and it is asking for a password?
2nd generation 9310 units and 9220 units may ask for a password when using display manager, the password is "secret"
 

How can I tell if I have a Gen 1 or Gen 2 9310?
Generation 1 15E Endura's serial number will start with RP1, generation 2 15E Endura's will start with RP2.

What do I do when I try connecting to Display Manager and it asks for a password?
The password should be "secret".
 

My screen is white. How can I fix it?
Make sure that your ISA1000, ISA2000 or ISA3000 is powered on. The video transmitter may be damaged. Alternatively, the cable leading to the display may be bad. Bring the display inside and test with a short cable directly to the Insight appliance. Please contact Delphi support for further troubleshooting.
